Ahh and don't forget the ok login name xxx password xxx#...what? not that...ok wth...make a new one...that gw account is linked to an account already...um k..support help me plzkkthks...three days later try the original account name..oh NOW it works....
not that this happened to me or anything...but hey i got free storage
personally, and my ally members agree, i think it was lame to have to go to the ncsoft website...why not the ingame store...do they really need to lure people to the website who already own the game?? honestly?? and if you're gonna do it this way...maybe, just maybe now, you should upgrade your servers...
that is all

EDIT: I just logged in to try to get my panel; the option to enter the coupon code is no longer there. I thought we had untill the end of may?

It is supposed to - just to clarify, are you doing it through the NCsoft store? You can go to there following the instructions from this page http://www.guildwars.com/products/ex...orage_pane.php.
Hope it helps

Well obviously, if (as you say) your GW account is actually tied to an NCSoft account that you never made, then my statement doesn't apply to you and your special circumstances. But then neither does the OP, really.
What I got from it was that it's a convoluted process with too much margin for error on the customer's part. That's the premise I think is silly, and is what my post was directed at. Putting in "fake" information? Forgetting a password? Password recovery doesn't work due to a changed email account without updating subscriptions tied to it? All these things with an account tied to a game that you enjoy and play? Sucks to be you. (Not you specifically, as I said, but rather the collective 'you')
Though surely support will be able to sort your situation out?
Extra lulz will be awarded if you actually did create an account and have forgotten doing so.
